PS I asked Sharon last night to give us a bit more info about the 19th- she was hesitant, as she did not want to 'frighten people', but I assured her us HighChi Goddess Warriors want the facts so we can stand in peace as we observe the storm passing. Below my suggested list, is the update, and a reminder to get all your supporting Energy Cubes, Jupiter, Pluto, Grounding, Calm, Courage, Protection, Love Magic...and remember to BREATHE into the Divine Heart!!

The Sun is currently in the sign of Sagittarius and the quality of Sagittarius can be expressed as being filled with a sense of possibilities. A Sag person thrives on being a free spirit and the “good humored wanderer”, as well as being the weaver of tales and even the deep philosopher. Sagittarius enthusiasm can be quite courageous.
All signs and planetary energies are expressed at the level of one’s consciousness, from a Divinely inspired level of expressions to the “shadow” lower expressions. In Sagittarius it can be the higher expression of optimism, broad mindedness and a philosophical happiness on down to the “shadow” expressions of wild exaggerations, self righteousness and dogmatism, to name only a few.
On Nov 29, 2016 we had a new Moon at 8 degrees of Sagittarius. New Moons are “seed planting” times, the beginning of a new cycle and it influences the new lunar month. This new Moon is Sag is a replanting and renewal of our optimistic vision and a deepening of our inner Light.
Aside from the monthly fluctuations of the Moon, there are many other over arching themes to look at.
Let’s start with Jupiter, the largest planet in our solar system. It’s associated with prosperity and abundance, growth and expansion, as well as seeking truth, AND it’s the ‘ruler' of Sagittarius. Jupiter is currently in the sign of Libra since Sept 9th, 2016 until October 22, 2017. Libra is the sign most associated with love and partnership, and the search for harmony and balance. Jupiter in Libra is especially motivational but the caution is that the motivation can be over idealized and over rated. Jupiter in Libra likes to put people on pedestals. Jupiter in Libra is also connected with the LAW, which is also a Sagittarius association. If you happen to have Jupiter in Libra in your own natal (birth) chart then you are probably someone who is truly fond of a wide array other people and enjoys a good party! Jupiter in Libra people also excel at promoting the skills and talents of other people. People born with this placement experience moments in their life when they have extremely good luck!
Sounds lovely, right? Libra is all about balance and ‘coming to center’. Jupiter is a BIG planet and big things come from Jupiter’s influence. Being in Libra creates a big swing from side to side just so we can once again return to center. It’s in that big, wide, sometimes uncomfortable swing, that our Sag ideology and beliefs create in us an identity crisis, where we’re forced to look at new perspectives and then find a way back to center. Think of a pendulum that is stationary, doing nothing, stagnant. It’s balanced. It’s in the wide swings away from center and those periods of feeling unbalance that are the times of our greatest growth opportunities into a new direction.
Jupiter has to do with manifesting a vision and being inspired beyond something bigger than our selves.
Libra’s symbol is the scales of justice. This shows that Libra is about finding balance and trying to come to center and always searching for what’s fair and ethical. If Libra were already balanced it wouldn’t need to be striving for equilibrium.
Starting this month, through April and even into August, Jupiter will be swinging wide, especially as it comes into an opposition aspect with the “Wild and Crazy Guy” Uranus. Uranus is the planet of unpredictability, upheaval, chaos, rebellion and the sudden and unexpected. This opposition is a shake up of the status quo but it also produces a tremendous urge for creativity and expansion. Jupiter enlarges and amplifies whatever it comes in contact with and there will be a constant fluctuation in and out of how balanced one feels. Jupiter in Libra also directs people’s vision towards SOCIAL JUSTICE. One of the shadow tendencies is that people can try to impose their idea of morality on to others.
Happily, also factored into this is Saturn, the planet of boundaries, restrictions, 'The Rules', stability, sobriety and manifestation.
Saturn will sextile Jupiter and trine Uranus…..which is astro speak for ‘ease’ in incorporating these energies of Karmic, rule abiding, pragmatic Saturn with wild and crazy, no rules Uranus and optimistic, bountiful, expansive Jupiter. Saturn makes things real and Saturn is about structure. Saturn's not the most fun planet in our cast of characters but I like seeing him in a Relationship Chart between 2 people as it helps bring stability and longevity in the relationship. With the ease of these very different energies coming into a close alignment there could be big, long lasting opportunities presented to you that would prove to be significant in restructuring things or events in your life which ultimately fit your needs better, bringing to you more meaning and purpose. Things you do now and into 2017 will probably have a long shelf life. These energies can represent change in a very positive way. Hold that vision and dream the world you want into vision.
Jupiter and Saturn are in each other’s signs which further adds to their strength, durability and cooperative nature.
If you have any of your natal planets around 20 degrees to 23 degrees of pretty much any sign but especially Sag, Gemini, Aries and Libra, where there is an up front and personal direct contact, you could potentially be setting the stage for some long term changes. Even if you have no planets in these signs THE HOUSES of your chart where those degrees are located will show where you will be pulled together in highly functional ways. These are the areas where you can experience feelings of having more support, at the very least.
Think of this as a story sub-plot within a greater story or two, which weaves in and out throughout 2017. There are other story lines as well.
Pluto is in Capricorn and in opposition to Cancer. Jupiter has been making a difficult aspect to Pluto, especially since November. This aspect will be exact in March, 2017 and the final pass is in August 2017 but felt all of 2017. Pluto is all about POWER, as well as the ’ SHADOW’ side of life, what’s going on in the basement that’s REALLY running the show! What’s being suppressed or denied? Pluto’s energies represent the Phoenix rising from the ashes and very much represents death and rebirth. Pluto’s current location makes a very challenging 90 degree angle (a Square) with Jupiter, implying obstacles and a struggles between these two energetic forces. Jupiter wants us to expand and grow into our higher visions, but to be able to do that, what needs to die so that we can accomplish our higher vision? Jupiter represents our belief systems, our world views and the stories we tell ourselves. What are the stories that we need to let go of so we can move on and be supported in our highest growth? This year we will be reassessing our reality base, our goals and our limitations. This is forcing everyone to look at important things that can’t lay dormant any longer.
Depending where your own personal planetary alignments are, this can be an exciting adventure or a scary theme park ride for you, (that is why having supporting people and energies is important). The energies are being set up to point you in a fresh new direction. Trust the moments a bit more, breathe, and work towards raising your energetic vibration. Like will meet like!

Further Update from our lovely Sharon --
Mercury is the planet that symbolizes communication, speech and writing, how we think, our logical and reasoning mind. This intelligent energy is about to go backwards on December 19th. Hold on to your hats! This won’t be an easy time for an array of reasons. First of all, Mercury doesn’t actually go in reverse or “retrograde”, as it’s called. That's just a term used to describe the fact that Mercury, in its orbit through the Solar System, actually comes quite close to Earth and catches up with us. Mercury just has the appearance of slowing down and going backwards. In Mercury’s close proximity to Earth, the energetic volume is turned way up. Since Mercury is representative of the mind, there can be information overloads and a scrambling of the transmissions.This in not only true for how we think but is equally true for our means of transportation and communications using computers, the internet and telephones. They are all prone to experiencing snafus. Mercury retrograde periods generally happen about 3 times a year so it’s not that uncommon. During this next one, beginning December 18th to January 8th, 2017, it’s best to use the time to step back, take some time out, as best you can, and look at this as a gift from the cosmos. Use the time for anything you can put a ‘RE' in front of….Review, Revise, Rethink, Reorganize, Revote? …..
Speaking of Revote, interesting this is the day the Electoral College votes for our next President of the United States. Also on that day, not only is Mercury retrograde but it’s very, very close to transformative, kick in the butt Pluto as well. This Mercury / Pluto combination is already beginning to be felt in that it’s an obsessive compulsive signature for how you speak, think and try to control events. “I want it to happen THIS way” type of energy is up for all of us now. If you were born with this in your natal chart, it’s always up for you.
Currently Mercury is traveling through the sign of Capricorn and therefore, expressing itself in a Capricornian style of mental seriousness, worry, hard working, ambitiousness and an extra dose of being more organized, and more cautious, as well.
This compulsive style of thinking forms other potentially stressful aspects with 2 other planets, Uranus, the unexpected and unpredictable (Donald Trump was born with his Sun right next to independent and unpredictable Uranus.) and with abundant, expanding Jupiter. These planets are making a challenging 'T-square aspect' which further notches up the pressure from Dec 18 to approximately the 22nd. Most likely this could point to a quick resolution, especially if this T-square directly stimulates planets in your own personal chart. What ever has to happen will happen quickly.
There is a tremendous amount of worry and suffering out in the collective consciousness that needs to be healed and reversed. We emit signals when we respond to what we DON’T want. If we individually focus on what we DO want, this non-resistance can slow down what we don’t want. It would be ideal if we all could have a response to life that’s not conditional on conditions. That’s the only way we can deliberately expand into something different. Our job is to become a vibrational match to what we do want instead of focusing on what we don’t.
