What you will need:
1. Container of earth
2. An empty bowl
3. A candle and matches
4. Bowl of water
5. Five drops of any oil, essential, olive, almond, or vegetable oil that you will be dropping into the water.
6. 3x3" Sticky notes or Post-its and pen.
Preparation:
Think of three to five things you want to let go of, such as procrastination, negative self-talk, unhealthy habits, etc., and write them down on a post-it.
Think of three to five goals you wish to achieve in the following year, and write them down.
Think of three to five things you would like to create for someone you love and write them down.
Think of three to five things you want to see happen for our planet, and write them down.
